TREK INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENT FOR JOINING EN.A.

The company "TREK DEVELOPMENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that on 17.11. 2025, trading will commence on all 7,865,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a nominal value of €0.20 each, in the general trading category of the Alternative Market, EN.A. PLUS, of the Athens Stock Exchange ("EN.A. PLUS").

On 13.11.2025, the Athens Stock Exchange Listing and Market Operation Committee approved the listing of the Company's shares on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

The advisor to EN.A. for the listing of the Company's shares on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange is Koubaras Ltd.

The trading code of the share in English and Greek will be TREK, in Latin characters.

The opening trading price of the Company's shares is €1.40 per share.

The shares will be credited to the accounts of the eligible shareholders in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) before the start of trading.

The Information Document prepared for the listing of the shares on the Alternative Market of the Athens Exchange is available from 13.11.2025 in electronic form on the websites of "Hellenic Exchanges S.A. – Athens Exchange" (www.athexgroup.gr), the Company (https://trek.gr/) and the EN.A.
