Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3rd, 2026

1. Introduction and acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Koubaras Ltd (“Koubaras”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including its content, features and related online resources (the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you are expected to comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Website.
These Terms apply to the use of the Website only. They do not, by themselves, establish an advisory, consulting, employment, agency or other professional relationship between you and Koubaras. Any services provided by Koubaras are subject to the terms agreed separately with the relevant client.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any necessary consent. Changes will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be limited or modified.
For information about how we process personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

2. Intellectual property and copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials made available on the Website, including text, articles, reports, graphics, diagrams, visual materials, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by Koubaras Ltd or are used under licence or with permission from the relevant rights holders.
The Website may also contain or describe proprietary methodologies, frameworks, models, tools, processes, analyses and other know-how developed or used by Koubaras, including materials relating to its advisory services and the Frontis platform. To the extent protected by applicable law, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, republished, commercially exploited or otherwise used without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder, except as expressly permitted under these Terms or by applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you or grants you any licence or right other than those expressly set out in Section 3.
Third-party materials, including names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other content, remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply that they are owned by or freely available for use from Koubaras Ltd, nor does it grant you permission to use them.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

3. Permitted use of Website Content
Subject to these Terms, Koubaras Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access, download, display and print Website Content for your personal reference or internal business use, provided that you:
-
do not modify, adapt or create derivative works from the content;
-
retain all copyright notices and other proprietary notices appearing on the content;
-
do not remove any attribution, disclaimer or notice of ownership; and
-
comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted under this section, Section 2 or applicable law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise make Website Content available to third parties without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder.
You may not systematically download, extract, copy, reproduce or reuse Website Content to create or develop another publication, database, service, product or competing resource. You may not mirror the Website or any substantial part of its content without prior written permission.
The permission granted under this section does not extend to third-party materials, trademarks, logos, photographs or other content whose use requires separate permission from the relevant rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits uses that are permitted by applicable law, including applicable copyright exceptions and limitations.
Any permission granted under this section may be withdrawn where reasonably necessary if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law.

4. Trademarks and references to Koubaras
The names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other brand identifiers displayed on the Website may belong to Koubaras or third-party rights holders.
You may not use Koubaras trademarks or logos in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or approval without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits truthful, fair and lawful references to Koubaras, including references required for accurate reporting, commentary, citation or other uses permitted by applicable law. Any such reference must not be misleading or imply a relationship that does not exist.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. User submissions and communications
You may contact Koubaras through the contact details and forms made available on the Website, including forms provided by third-party services.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it.
Please do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive or proprietary information through the Website unless the relevant form or a separate agreement expressly provides for this.
Information submitted through the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Reporting alleged intellectual property infringement
If you believe that material available on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights or rights that you are authorised to enforce, please contact us at hello@koubaras.eu.
To help us assess your notice, please include:
-
A description of the work or right you believe has been infringed;
-
The URL or a clear description of the material in question;
-
An explanation of your rights in the material and why you believe the use is unauthorised;
-
Your name and contact details; and
-
Any other information reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.
If you submit a notice on behalf of another rights holder, please explain your authority to act on their behalf.
We will review notices in good faith and may request further information, restrict access to material or take other appropriate action where warranted. The submission of a notice does not guarantee removal, and we may consider relevant legal rights, permissions and exceptions before taking action.

7. Acceptable use and Website security
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or other users' access.
You must not, to the extent prohibited by applicable law:
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting environment, systems or related accounts;
-
Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technologies;
-
Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its security measures or its infrastructure;
-
Use automated means to access, scrape or extract Website Content in a way that is unlawful, unauthorised or places an unreasonable burden on the Website;
-
Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with another person or organisation; or
-
Use the Website in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
Nothing in this section prohibits activities that are expressly authorised by Koubaras or permitted by mandatory applicable law.
We may take reasonable technical or other measures to protect the Website and enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we may restrict or suspend access in response to misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

8. Information and professional advice disclaimer
The Website may contain general information, commentary, articles, reports, opinions, analyses and other materials relating to business, strategy, finance, management, markets or other topics.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written engagement, Website Content is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute individualised legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated advice, nor should it be treated as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
Although we seek to provide useful and accurate information, Website Content may not always be complete, current or applicable to every situation. You should independently assess information relevant to your circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions that require it.
Any consulting or advisory services provided by Koubaras are governed by the relevant separate engagement terms and are not defined solely by the Website Content.

9. Availability, accuracy and disclaimers
We aim to keep the Website accessible and its content reasonably accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from harmful components, or that all content will be complete, accurate or current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Koubaras Ltd shall not be liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or from reliance on general Website Content, except where such losses arise from acts or omissions for which Koubaras Ltd is legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any liability arising from fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any limitation of liability under this section applies only to the extent that it is legally enforceable in the circumstances.
This section concerns the Website and its general content. It does not replace or amend any allocation of responsibility expressly agreed in a separate written contract for professional services.

11. Third-party websites and services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services, or may display content provided by third parties.
These links and materials are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Koubaras does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to their own applicable terms and privacy notices. The inclusion of a link does not, by itself, imply endorsement, affiliation or approval by Koubaras.
Where third-party content is embedded in the Website, the processing of personal data associated with that content is addressed in our Privacy Policy, to the extent applicable.

12. Privacy
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services, or may display content provided by third parties.
These links and materials are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Koubaras Ltd does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or terms of independent third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to their own applicable terms and privacy notices. The inclusion of a link does not, by itself, imply endorsement, affiliation or approval by Koubaras Ltd.
Where third-party content or services are embedded in or accessed through the Website, any processing of personal data remains subject to applicable data protection law and is addressed in our Privacy Policy to the extent relevant to Koubaras Ltd's processing activities.

13. Website Access Restrictions
We may restrict or suspend your access to all or part of the Website where reasonably necessary to address a security concern, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, technical issue or legal obligation.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will take proportionate action in light of the circumstances. Suspension or termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued or provisions that by their nature should continue to apply.

14. Changes to the Website
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website or its features for operational, technical, security, legal or business reasons.
Where required by law or by a separate agreement, we will comply with the relevant notice or other obligations. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular page, feature or item of content will remain available indefinitely.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, subject to any mandatory rules on jurisdiction and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, treated as severable from the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.
A failure or delay by Koubaras in exercising a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Entire agreement and separate service agreements
These Terms govern your use of the Website and do not supersede any separate written agreement entered into between Koubaras and a client or other contracting party for the provision of services.
If a separate agreement governs a specific service, that agreement will apply to the extent of any inconsistency concerning that service, subject to applicable law.
