VERALLIS S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that on October 9, 2026, trading will commence in all 4,150,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a par value of €0.04 each, in the EN.A. Growth segment of Euronext Athens.
On October 7, 2026, the Listing and Market Operations Committee of Euronext Athens approved the listing of the Company’s shares in the EN.A. Growth segment of Euronext Athens.
EN.A.’s advisor for the listing of the Company’s shares on the EN.A. Growth segment of Euronext Athens is “Koubaras Ltd.”
The trading symbol for the shares in both English and Greek will be VRLS, using Latin characters.
The opening trading price for the Company’s shares is €0.95 per share.
The shares will be credited to the shares and securities accounts of eligible shareholders in the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T.) prior to the start of trading.
The Information Memorandum prepared for the listing of the shares in the EN.A.
