She is a Psychologist. She was born in Athens and raised in Argos. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of East London.

She specializes in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy through the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations, and has focused, at a postgraduate level, on Occupational Psychology, with particular interest in group dynamics, communication, and professional development.
