Experience encompasses managing the operations of a leading hotel group in Greece and the establishment and development of the Hospitality Department of a leading multinational certification company in Greece. Skilled in handling complex daily business operations, setting strategic policies and parameters that drive operational efficiency, coordinating staff and creating productive working environments, designing advanced business process improvement plans and profit analysis reporting systems which improve procedures, business performance and bottom line profits.
