Seasoned, entrepreneurial and commercially agile finance professional with extensive experience in Developed and Emerging markets in the EMEA region mainly in the Health Care market. 

She has significant international experience in reorganizing and assessing new go to market models for business segments and geographies focusing on investments for growth and elimination of costs.

Her entrepreneurial mind set, problem solving skills and corporate finance background serve her well in consulting medium size enterprises on operational finance, business process improvement and reorganization matters.  She is also serving as Co-founder and CFO of a high tech start up.
